That would be painful if they can get Cousins for him, while we got nothing.I could see them trading him to Sacramento for Cousins.

Usually they attract guys that fit their culture, but Aldridge seems to be everything they don't look for in a player.
He's selfish.
He's mentally soft.
He has an ego that needs to be stroked constantly.

According to Michael C. Wright (ESPN Staff Writer) Tim Duncan said the chemistry with LaMarcus Aldridge is coming, but overall there is "still a way to go." Said they need more live game situations.

He's also only 25 and has faced nothing but instability all his career. The guy has yet to be coached in the NBA with a winning culture.Cousins has similar problems that LaMarcus has, high volume/low efficiency shooter. But Cousins is a bit better on the defensive end.

It means:Don't see what that has to do with the point that he's a chucker like LA. LaMarcus went through coaching changes as well. Cousins has had 5 full seasons sa a starter.
He's thinking, "Jeezus, are we fucked or what???"I wanna caption this so bad... what the hell is Timmy staring at?
LaMarshmallow really applies now.

Less muscle tone than canned ham.
How about the Warriors?Everywhere I look there's nothing positive to cheer for. If the Aldridge/Spurs falter, that means James Harden has beaten them. Or an LA team. Or Kevin Durant (who will always be Two Honks to me). This might be the most grim season of all time. Best case scenario is LeBron spanks them in the Finals (unlikely).
Maybe when I'm not watching Blazers games this year I'll just watch the Pelicans. Davis is a hoot.
the reverse jinx is inIf LMA didn't want to play in Portland, he should've picked Phoenix. He would've been the man and wouldn't have much pressure on him. SA is an awful match for his game. I wouldn't be surprised if the Spurs missed the playoffs this year. They only got 6 seed last year and they're much older. Aldridge has been very clear that he wants his shots and his points, that he doesn't want to compromise his game for the sake of the team. Udoka told LMA they wanted him to get his shots. This may be a rare misstep by the Spurs.

Enjoy it, because after we beat them in a hard-fought (and dirty on their side) 7-game WCF, they'll be our new bitter rivals. You know, that's a damned good point. I overlooked them all last year, and even after a championship I'm still doing it. They really are a lot of fun to watch. Thanks for picking me up.
Based on his beaming smile I'm guessing that they're down by 12-18 points and he's heading to the bench. I recall seeing that smile FAR too often when we were getting handled by the opposition.LaMarshmallow really applies now.
