State Titles

Has anyone had any experiences in state title games or have you've seen your school in one? When I was playing soccer in the youth league we won district twice then first time we went to state we finished 3rd and then in our 2nd state cup we lost in our round robin due to the crappy refs hating on the small town team

This year in basketball our varsity team was 22-0 to start the season then lost 3 straight but was #1 seed in the section playoffs. They won the Section playoffs but we lost to a team from the bay area that was all black, and clearly more athletic than us. They also had James Worthy's son and a frosh that could dunk very easily, when I say that I mean he could do a VC hang from the rim by your elbow type dunk. It might sound not that good but our school has never won a State playoff game, our town is only like 10k.

My former high school (Class of '05) is in the baseball final four this year for state in Washington. We've had a good team for the past like 5 years so I'd love to see them take the championship.

^^ Lost in the championship to the #2 team in the nation. Meh not a bad year.

My school's 9th grade team made it to the semi-finals in the Israeli Championships. they lost by a point in overtime...

I've played in a state championship game for soccer, but never basketball. It was two years ago, we were the smallest team in Division I for the state and lost in double overtime, second round of penalty kicks. Bad way to end a 20-0-2 season.

I made it to the NorCal finals in Cali twice in highschool, one game away from state but lost both games. Very disappointing to say the least.

18 time florida state champions...weightlifting...funny how all our whole skool was huge but r football team couldnt win one game in 2 years

our football team won a state championship like 5 years ago, (i wasnt in highschool yet but its like a city thing), we always win the county championships in like tennis, i think our baseball team is real good too idk know though i just see all the banners in the gym lol (i only really pay attention to football in my school)

My team won the 5A 06 State Championship...basically we the best in Utah, and dont diss, we got some pretty good teams in Utah
