You can clearly see 3 accountants cheating on their taxes in the train.

You're conflating two different issues and using them to create a racist proposition. There probably would be less/no riots in Portland, but that's because LA is a much larger urban area. Such areas tend to engender more violence due to greater disparities in income level and more densely packed populations.

Larger urban areas also tend to be more racially mixed.

Just because larger urban areas tend to have two characteristics (greater violence, greater ethnic diversity) doesn't mean that one characteristic causes the other.

That's equivalent to saying that basketball players are tall and basketball players are also rich, therefore greater wealth leads to being taller.

out of the 5 pictures I see hispanics. So what. you think there are only gonna be 5 pictures of people rioting? Look at it this way.. I work at a welfare office.. and of the clients.. 50% are White and 50% are Hispanic.. yet of the whites only about 20% of them are actually trying to get a job, and not live off the system. of the Hispanics 75% are working or cooperating with the jobs process.. would it make sense to say that a welfare office in your area would be the same just because of how it is here?

I absolutely do not think you are right, a city of 11,000,000 or whatever will obviously have more problems than a city of 1,000,000. I'm not avoiding anything. I dont have an answer to how many riots and I'm pretty sure you dont.. other than 1992.

So we both agree white people are the best.

They are awesome and nice and never cause problems. It's only "coloreds" that cause chaos and crime.

For instance in this picture there must be like at least 80 people being asshole out of about 8 million in the city.

This city that is 99% white people. most of which had hot chocolate and then just went to bed at 9.30 last night.

I'm so glad i finally found someone with the same courage as me to stand up against these assholes.

And this has nothing to do with race, but I couldn't disagree more. Cleveland fans are loony and they haven't had a championship team in something like 45 years. There is no doubt in my mind that Cleveland riots and Portland doesn't.
