A LOT better that you're recent stuff. The text is still kind of weird looking.. maybe not bold enough. I would also put it at the bottom of the sig just so it doesn't give you that empty feeling when it's floating there. Everything else looks great.

The bg and the pic look good, better than usual, but that text is very bad. Work on it.
