I don't blame Steve Blake really..

I think many of us forgot his verbal confrontation with the fan in the stands while he was a Laker.

Here's his response from that.

And then there's this from his college days...

No I would not say he is tougher that I thought because i have always thought his toughness was one of his strengths. He is not the quickest of PG's but he always battles.

He really played well last night setting his teammates up and shooting when only necessary.

Even though this video makes this thread way too Laker related, this foul reminds me of the only play Derek Fisher ever did that I appreciated.

1:40 in for those who are impatient.

And just because I enjoyed it a lot at the time...[video=youtube;nQrNYIBw3fw]

I think most already think Blanky is a tough mudder fudder. He takes no shit. From anyone.

Andre Miller is one of my all time favorite players. He just plays the game, simple as that.

I just wish some of this had happened to Chris Paul last game. I kept thinking someone needed to grab his pushoff arm and yank his face into the deck once just on general principle.

Blake has just the attitude this team needs, I was so happy when we picked him back up.

He's been a perfect fit. Can we go back to the thread started after we got him and call out the haters.

Just for your info, right after our xmas card shoot, Steve told me he reads S2 all the time!

Well tell him we are proud of him and his toughness. Also, we aren't as concerned with him scoring as we are his defense and distribution!

He's a perfect fit!

so, maybe when he was yelling at that fan he was saying "Dont tell me you're Roytoy!"

He never told me that.......I was just wanting to make you geeks think your opinions really matter. My bad!

Okay, so here's one difference between Blake and Mo.

Game 4 vs. Houston: Mo gets in the face of the D leaguer after the game and thinks this is a way to get under his skin. Instead, it fires up Houston to play inspired ball the next game. Blake would have handled it much differently and most likely, just concentrated on his defensive assignments and allow his game do the talking.

When Blake gets in your face, there is a damn good reason. He's not like the chumps (Odom, Griffin and many like them) that makes their living getting under your skin by doing cheap shit.

You can still tell him what I said after you are finished mowing my lawn.

I wish we had video of Blake throwing chairs during practice in his first Blazer stint. The dude takes basketball very seriously.

Dame has the "Mean Mug" after a big play, but Blake always has the "Steve Scowl" -- always -- and that "I'm a badass so don't fuck with me" strut.

Can someone with skilz please rustle up some of Steve's best Scowls for this thread? Might could use one for an avatar.

So many things to like in that video. I like that after he knocked the manimal on his ass, he walked toward him. He didn't get his shot in and then run for cover like false tough guys like KG.

I also like the way Kaman and Freeland had their boy's back. This team and this bench have such great chemistry.

Seeing this video in this thread killed my buzz. Think about it, we could have had both Andre Miller and Kenneth Faried, but ended up with Fatty Felton and Nolan Smith instead. Way to fuck up that draft Chad! So glad we have Olshey running things now.

How great would it be if they just grabbed the push-off arm and dragged him over to the ref like a 4 year old who didn't get a toy at the store and tell the ref "watch the fucking push-off arm, ass!"

Last season Mo punched Bogut and got ejected. Blake didn't need to punch Faried..the smarter tough guy is Blake
