@Kingspeed: I'll agree he's a better player today than is Miller. The cost to get him is 10.3 Million in salaries and incentive!!! Suns are rebuilding. Yes, they may want Miller's un-guaranteed contract for expiring, but we also have to give up Nicolas, Rudy, or other asset to get the additional $ figure. I don't think PHX has incentive to make Nash for Miller/Rudy trade. I think it would have to be Nic or future 1st. That's pretty big for your starting guard in 2012-13 at age 39 and for him to play one or two years for you. Then, you've got a retired former MVP, and no picks or young player.
I just don't think its worth making the deal for a chance at a title for only 1 year. I'd rather make a move for a younger, less expensive guy - and build into something for a run of 3-4 years.
