To answer the question, no.

At one time I used to watch a lot of hoops and follow other teams, but at this point I don't really enjoy NBA basketball and only follow the Blazers because I was born a Blazers fan. If the team left, I would stop following the sport almost entirely.

Man I've already watched 30 preseason games! I love it and would still continue to watch. I'd be screwed as a fan and financially though. B-ball is my fav sport so I'd find another team to pull for though (besides the L_kers). If the 'zers ever left, I'd feel doubly jipped. I grew up near Seattle, so naturally the Supes were my team. When they left it hurt, but it was a natural choice to support the next most local team; plus I lived in Oregon when that went down so it was an easy choice. Been a Portland fan for 7 years now and I've loved it!
