I think the fairest is for you to give 3-5 dates Sly (I think Friday through Sunday makes the most sense). Then, see who wants to go (priority to posters only). If you have more than 20, either have a lottery (but maybe a minimum post count to weed out some Johnny Come Latelys) or do it by post count or whatever.
