Is this year's Blazers Summer League team better than last year's?

It’s Summer League, which is not a big man’s league by any means, but I’m not impressed by Swanigan.

There were some old comparisons of Jake Layman to Chandler Parsons. They’re reasonable comps (unfortunately, that’s the current Parsons, not the Parsons of a few years ago).

I think Collins has DPOY potential. His offensive game just needs work.

Simons has a ton of raw potential.

Wade reminds me of Greg Anthony a bit. I like that.

Biggie just doesn't look like an NBA player. I haven't seen anything to change my mind.

Layman is a guy that should be dominating. It's his third summer league. He's going against fringe NBA talent. He should be showing that he's a tier above these guys. Crabbe was significantly better by his third summer league.

Vonleh struggled in the NBA, and he dominated in the summer league. Biggie was supposed to be a similar offensive player, I thought. Just not seeing it. He's too slow and not athletic enough.

He has a nose for the ball. I think he finds the open man pretty well, too. But he just seems too slow on both sides of the ball.

I think it would be fine if he could consistently hit the three. Sam Perkins wasn't quick by any means.

Does anyone really want any camera angle other than the standard sideline shot that shows all the action?

Personally, I hate the behind the action shot. I hate the overhead shot. I just want to watch the boring old sideline shot that allows me to see everything that's happening.

We won the first quarter by ten, and lost the second quarter by one.

It's really just our hot thee point shooting in the first quarter that has us ahead, everything else is pretty much even.

If its used every now and then, I like it.
