Sun Sun Ming in Rush Hour 3?

I went to see Rush Hour 3 yesterday and I could of sworn the incredibly tall dude who Tucker and Chan fight in the early stages of the film was Sun Sun Ming? Can any one confirm this?

Yeah its him. I remember reading somthing about him appearing in the film.
