It’s been tough to win since Wilson got his pay day too, but I don’t think it’s impossible. You just have to hit in the draft and make smart signings. Easier said than done, but possible.
How many great QB’s really sustain it and keep winning though, especially after they start demanding to take 15%+ of the cap. It gets tough... I believe I saw once that no QB had won a SB making that much and Mahommes agent said LAST year he was gonna be the highest paid QB ever so, we’ll see.

Stadium always full. Something that can’t be said about Santa Clara...

Which I still hate that y’all did, the Stick was such a cooler place to play.
The Stick was old and dilapidated. Levi is a much better stadium for sure.

that’s the word on the street that it’ll happen. Something like $13-15m/year. Cray.

that’s why I think the rest of the nfl is fucked now. Mahomes has another year on the cheap. Teams that can win a SB with a qb on the rookie deal are good for years. And Mahomes is legit.
My thinking on Mahomes is he might not last? He runs a bit too hard and he takes chances. Injuries happen to players like that.

Levi’s has no soul though, it’s so bland and feels corporate as fuck.

I’m happy the Pac 12 is moving it’s championship game to Vegas next season at least.

One of my best friends is a Niners fan, he’s gone to a game every year since it opened and every year he comes back and complains about its atmosphere.

That's too bad. I was on the crew that built it for awhile. Only been to one game there. I liked it but i might have some bias.

It’s high tech as fuck and has a decent design, it’s just... lacking atmosphere, it doesn’t help that the stadium is pretty far from San Fran and a lot of the fan base was likely priced out of going as STH.

Yeah it's pretty much San Jose. They didn't really have room anywhere in SF. Plus the old Candlestick area was really really bad. The good thing is traffic getting to and from is way better. Last game i went to at the Stick i was in traffic for about two hours trying to get out that was in mid 90's.

WOW! I grew up a Blazer fan growing up in Salem through the early 90's - then went to school in St. Louis. I became fans of the Cardinals, Blues and Chiefs while at school. The Rams hadn't moved to St. Louis yet so the Chiefs games were on TV every Sunday. Last year, I went back to St. Louis for customer meeting - and the Blues win the Stanley Cup. I was in KC in November for another meeting and attended my first ever game at Arrowhead - and the Chiefs win the SuperBowl.

I was in Portland for a meeting with Nike a couple of months ago and will be back up there in a couple of months for another meeting so . . . (draw your own conclusion!!!)

P.S. Edit: forgot to mention that I'm in the Bay Area and was getting some much grief from all angles over the last two weeks so this is such a sweet victory. On a related note: I don't think I've seen a single GSW jersey worn anywhere around here this entire year . . . SMH.

Having been to the Stick to watch Young/Rice the moves killed my Niners fandom.

Fun game to watch if for nothing else other than the Patriots weren't anywhere near it.

Ducks on both teams so was happy with either team winning. Good for Andy Reid who has been a very good coach for a long time and one of the real good guys in the NFL.

What Ducks play for KC? Deanthony was the last I remember, but he’s gone.

Disappointing but nothing can equal the devastation of being at the game in LA, Game 7, 2000 Western Conference Finals.

The very stable genius congratulated the great state of Kansas. The Chiefs play in Missouri.

It was bad enough watching that on tv. To see it live...ugh

What an idiot

So at work this morning everyone is calling this "Hangover Day".
A bunch of them were drinking away their sorrows and the other half were drinking tequila....
Glad i don't drink anymore.

Seeing it live in an arena full of Lakers fans saying "ha ha". Then having to drive 8 hours home....Not worst day of my life but worst sports day forever.
