Surgio vs. Sergio

Since it's a little less than a mere 53 hours until game 1 starts, I'd like to pass some time with a pronounciation correction. I once knew a guy named Sergio and he beat me up pretty good until I got it right so I notice now when people get it wrong. Mike and Mike are both terrible at it.

Sergio is not pronounced "Surge-io". It's pronounced with the -er- as in Errol or Serra. So say it to yourself ... Surge-io versus Serr-gio. You can hear it.

I nominate HCP to make it clear to Mike and Mike that they've been saying Sergio's name wrong for the last two plus years. I'm guessing that our Sergio is a nicer guy than the Sergio I knew and just doesn't bother to correct people.

There...two minutes have passed and we're that much closer to game time.
