I'm finding it hard to think up a better tag line. "Official Forum of the Portland Trail Blazers" could work, if using a smaller font. Although adding "forum" instantly ups the internet nerd factor a little much.

"Where Blazers Fans Talk Hoops"

"Discussion unfiltered." <- this could work given that Rip City already defines it as Blazers-related. I kind of like that. "Discussion" conveys adult, non-spammy dialogue. "Unfiltered" means you get to swear and make jokes about people's wives.

Personally, whatever the design I think it'd be cool to have just RipCityTwo.com's logo and the Blazers pinwheel (officially sanctioned by the Blazers) on it and a tagline. It'd look particularly sweet with just a small Blazers pinwheel on the back with the RipCity stuff on the front.

When you start piling in BE, Forward/Center, etc, it starts looking too logo-heavy and becomes unwearable.

Not on the back I bet.
