Tattoos and muscle growth?!

I never had a tattoo before and just turned 18 the other day, I been wanting to get one since I was like 14. My question is, from guys who had tattoos, do they stretch or look disoriented if you continue to gain muscle?! The tattoo I'm getting is going to be on the outside of my arm, right below my shoulder.

it shouldnt unless u start juicin or somethin..if it does happen all u gotta do is get it touched up...and if u r gonna get one dont be gay and get a dragon or tribal please
