So you're telling me there's a chance... YEAH!

All I know, is that if the Spurs lose game 5, a lot of their players will have game 6 flashbacks.

The Rangers just completed a comeback from down 3-1 with game 7 on the road. It can be done!

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Henrik Lundqvist set an NHL record with his fifth straight Game 7 victory, making 35 saves to lift the New York Rangers to a 2-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday night and earn a spot in the Eastern Conference finals.

Brian Boyle and Brad Richards scored for New York, who rallied from a 3-1 series deficit for the first time in the franchise's 88-year history.

Awesome

Well then I guess it'll just be that much more special when we do it

Remember the 1995 Rockets, who did they beat, Phoenix, that was a good team.

Yep. That was a great run. They came back from 2-1 in the first round to win in OT in Game 5 against Utah. Then in the second round, they were down 1-3 and Barkley missed two free throws that would've won the series for Phoenix at the end of regulation. Houston won in OT. Then in WCF, the Rockets won Games 1 & 2 in San Antonio only to lose Games 3 & 4 at home. They ended up winning the series in 6 games. Then the Magic led by 20 in Game 1 of the NBA Finals but Rockets came back to trail by 3. Nick Anderson missed two FTs and then got the offensive rebound and got fouled again. He missed both free throws again and Kenny Smith hit a three to force OT where the Rockets won en route to a 4 game sweep that Nick Anderson never recovered from. Unbelievable run by the Rockets. They played awful after the Drexler trade and then just pulled it together in the playoffs and won those four rounds, all without HCA.

Maybe the Spurs will decide not to show up again

Maybe the Blazers will decide to show up again.

As much of a Blazer hater as you are. You have to admit that the Spurs were pulling shots out of their ass that they don't normally hit in those first few games.

Yep. Once the Blazers decide to crank it up again, the Spurs will be crying with their friends in Houston. Blazers still haven't played their best game. Spurs are coming back to earth. Portland is the better team as we've proven over the last several years. And the Blazers have dominated most of the series, winning 5 of the 8 halves.

So instead of being up 26 they'd be up 16

They've dominated because they play real defense and the Blazers don't

Spurs are good. There's no denying that. I've always admired the Spurs.

But, the truth is that they were playing way over their head in those first 3 games. We were looking like a team that had never been there.

Nope, when they went cold last night, they fell behind by 20. Even the Rockets never fell behind by 20. Spurs are exhausted. They've been going every other night since the end of the Dallas series. They're so tired, they quit at the end of Game 4. They will regret that. By the time they decide to crank it up, it will be too late. Portland will have ended yet another one of their seasons. Spurs seasons don't end well lately:

2010: Spurs get swept 4-0
2011: Spurs lose to 8th seed
2012: Spurs lose four straight against OKC after winning 20 in a row
2013: Spurs choke in Game 6 after having a 5 point lead with 30 seconds to go. Then Duncan misses a layup in Game 7

See the pattern? Spurs like to end their seasons in spectacular losing fashion. This year will be no different.

In each and every one of the NBA playoff games ever played, one team won and one team lost.

That is the only unchanging pattern throughout history. Every game is up for grabs.
