I hear ya. You can see he knew "exactly" where he wanted to go....even before the ball arrived.

He's a warrior, I tell ya. A warrior. I had planned to post a guarantee before last night's game that Bayless was gonna have a breakout game against the Nets because of how poorly he did against the Sixers. That "warriors" take those kinds of things to heart. I had the numbers 15 & 5 in my mind. I was pleasantly surprised that he exceeded even "my expectations. :ghoti:
 
Bayless' style of play is exactly what the Blazers need. On a team of mainly jump shooters, he's not afraid to take it to the rack. He and Roy are great at this, and it's going to be a key to our success.
 
It wasn't anything we haven't seen from Blake dozens of times.

Did you REALLY just pull up highlights of a game 3 years ago, and something Sergio has never duplicated as evidence of Sergio over Bayless?

You know what the funniest part of that video is? Looking at the bottom of the screen at the scoreboard and seeing Denver's lead explode over the course of the game.

Now I'm not saying Sergio didn't have a helluva game offensively that night, but the fact that Denver blew us out is a little bit curious.

He came in we were down 21-31, left with us up 56-49 (+17 pts).

Second half he came in after the starters had lost the entire 17 pts in 6 minutes and we were down 10 again at 57-67 and he left with us still down by 10. So yeah, the starters sucked. Without Sergio we probably would have had a record blowout loss.

This is an example of 1st year to first year, showing the difference between the 2 Blazers in their first years respectively. One is an obviously talented PG, and one is an obviously talented SG.
 
You must really have a closed mind, Maris. The fact that he can score doesn't make him not a PG. He is extremely similar to Devin Harris and Tony Parker (If you didn't see the similarity in Harris and Bayless last night I don't know what to say).

Open up your mind and realize the NBA isn't about Pure PGs anymore. They are a dieing breed. Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook, Tony Parker, Devin Harris, Jerryd Bayless are those type of scoring PGs.
