That opening video

I didn't think the blazers of the Rasheed/Pippen years were very well represented, but it was still fun.

Awesome! Thanks for the upload! They used Nickelback's best song too - a good start to the night at the Rose Garden.

I think they are on to something with that pulse sound, dark arena and red flashing light to start off a video. We need an epic type intro video like the Celtics had the year they won the title during our "window" years. That would be a legit way to start it. It felt so sureal and cool to be in the arena for that.

I liked the Roy highlight with him beating the Rockets at the buzzer and tearing his shirt.

It's interesting that Brian Grant has never really been a big deal here until the recent Parkinson's and helping of Oden.

How is Bayless worthy of being in there?

Political correctness. The critics of those years are far louder than the silent majority who loved those teams.

I don't know about you, but Brian Grant has always been a fan favorite to many here in Portland. This is not breaking news...

I loved that Sheed, Patterson and Damon weren't included.

Damon's face showed up for a second I noticed last night.. I'll have to watch the vid on here though to see where.

Not bad, but clearly it needed less Drexler and Walton and more Sergio.

found it! 2:33 into the video he shows up. and Sheed was in that second too!

SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED

I guess I should have used the word featured instead of included?

Knowing you had to look so hard for it, makes it all ok.

he is currently on the team and can dunk well

and right on cue we have a few of the usual suspects checking in to express their vigilant bitterness. I loved those teams, but it is weird to see some A-holes (PIP and Sabas) lauded when they were the one's who were always broken down/unable to come through come the playoffs.

STOMP

lol sorry I just didnt know if you saw it.. I missed the Sheed half second at the game though. Didnt take too long to find I just had to wait to check it until I got to work.

Video was sick, but was sooooo much better in person at the arena. 20,000 people clapping in unison to the backbeat of the song.

Great atmosphere.

yeah the light things looked pretty cool too. Kinda quiet though throughout the game.. but that was cause of the sloppy play, it was hard for most to get into the game.

During the one point in the third quarter when they made that run, the crowd was on point, but yeah with the sloppy play, the turnovers, and the fact that the officials were blowing their whistles every 30 seconds, it was pretty tough for the crowd to get into the game.

Yeah, it was a lot better in person. Sometimes when they show the videos on TV, they don't get the crowd noise and it's only the video. But damn.. my hands were hurting before the game even started with all of the clapping.
That video was the best thing I've ever seen the Blazers produce for a pre-game video. Props to whoever did that!

I wonder what Adelman was thinking on the sideline if he was paying attention to it since he was in it for quite a bit.
