Batum was shooting 34% from 3 before sitting out.

He's been stinking it up from 3 all year. He shot under 40% overall 4 out of the first 7 games as well. Bump it up to 42% and it's 5 games out of 7. In 12 total games this year he's shot < 40% 7 out of 12 games.

Basically he's underwhelming this year. The injury excuse is right from the Batum playbook when he's playing poorly. It's always a knee/wrist/finger/shoulder/etc.

He had a bad game last night but he played pretty well the game before and i'm willing to bet he plays pretty well on Sunday. Going with the Bench Move at this point is a little ridiculous don't you think?

He's been mediocre all season. Last night just put a spotlight on him since the performance was so terrible in a game that was a real Western Conference showdown.

This squad should go after Corey Brewer, who is on the trade block right now for a big in return.

Agree. If we decided we only wanted to pay for one of Wes or batum I think a batum for brewer and first rounder (if we could get one around 10-15) would be fair. Too bad khan isn't in minny and too bad we couldn't trade batum there because of the offer sheet.

But that's the type of deal I think we should consider this off-season if we don't want to pay Wes, batum and rolo

That's about what i was thinking. There is just no way Lillard knows what he is talking about. If he thinks this you might as well blow the team up. Hell i bet the loser named Aldridge thinks he a good player also. We already know what Lopez thinks of the guy so that about tells you the whole story.
