What you see is the implosion of the Aldridge team and the emergence of Dame's team. It's a change of an era and maybe came at the understanding that the team can't just retool to win it all and probably because of chemistry issues. Olshey is bringing lower-level possible-bargain FAs and hopefuly 2-3 would prove worthwhile. Anyway, a very different team next year.
