If people are so sure HCP bet $$ on it, and he doesn't recall it, someone should provide the link. Until then it's just heresay.

Here's what happened. I proposed the bet and he wouldn't take it. I texted him and he wouldn't take it. Then we were on this site and I mentioned he wouldn't take the bet and HE said that he thought the bet was already on. I said ok then, the bet is on. How to find this, I don't know.
