We're trading Kaman and picks for Lopez on Dec 15th.Wait... what?
He puts up 20/9 with 2.5 blocks. Could help maybe.Acquiring Brook Lopez and his $20 mil salary would be Enes Kanter horrible.

I have sourcesI heard about the rumor, but is there even any validity about this? I have heard nothing about this other than this board. lol.

What picks? Surely not this year's. That would be a bad idea. We're trading Kaman and picks for Lopez on Dec 15th.
You misspelled 'sauces'.I have sources

ThisDidn't he just sign a new big contact this off-season? I don't want to be locked into that money for 3 years. I understand he is good but if he doesn't push us to the playoffs (and it wouldn't imo) then not a big reason to do the deal. We would be better off going for a top 3 pick.
Fuck that. We're trading Kaman and picks for Lopez on Dec 15th.
Yup. Would rather find a way to trade for another 1st rounder using Kaman/Henderson/Meyers so we could go get Sabonis and Simmons.Fuck that.
I'll take a 5% chance at Ben Simmons over 100% chance that this team never sniffs a title with Brook Shi . . . Lopez as its linchpin.
How much better will it make us?
What assets get you there? We can't (and shouldn't) trade this year's first rounder because it's conditionally Denver's, and who do we have that Brooklyn wants?I like the idea of ANY kind of scoring and rebounding. Adding him wouldn't changing the tank trajectory much either.
Brook is a very good player, I think it would make us better, even though we already have a deep, versatile, big men rotation.
