Wait, I got it! Meyers and Plumlee are tall and white. We should chant, "White Tower! White Tower!"

I don't like it. I kinda just don't want Shaq to be giving any of our guys nicknames. The man is insufferable to me.
Shaq's nickname for Plumlee and Leonard.
Because they rise.
I like it. Hope it sticks.
Go Blazers!
Because they are white. It's racist.
I have been calling them the Ivory Towers.
Me too.I have been calling them the Ivory Towers.
He has a doctorate. I'm willing to bet he knows there was a WWI.
It'd be a great nickname if both Plumlee and Leonard were Lakers.Guess what else dough is? White and soft. Probably not something you want to be conflated with if you are a white center.
Especially considering that Shaq called Meyers "Baby Sabonis" just this past April. I was watching the game and he said that during the halftime break about 5 times. What was super impressive was Shack not even knowing the name of a starter on a team he's supposed to be commenting on with some level of knowledge... It's not like Meyers is a complete unknown that came out of nowhere just for last night. Do your job Shack.
Yes I know his name isn't spelled shack.
Everyone's a little bit racist, sometiiiiimes.

LOL. That might've been during the first round, can't remember. Maybe he's confused Meyers Leonard with "Miles Leonard."In the playoffs Meyers looked like Sabas. Given this season, I'm not surprised if he thought he was watching a different player.
Shaq knew he was playing a race card with this one, just as he did with Withey. It's what he does, and it's part of how TNT gets their ratings now. I miss the old layout without Shaq, back when it used to be more informative and less like watching the Class clown interrupt the teacher.
