Olshey always spoke about a player's career "arc." Especially with regard to Dame and CJ.

Well, isn't NOW the 'go big or go home' time of that arc? Isn't whatever championship window we may want/hope/envision now, and isn't it time to not add draft picks but make big, riskier moves? Go big or go home.

I think the window is open for two years. The time is now.

100% agree. I'm not sure this offseason will allow for this to be fully done, but by the trade deadline we better have explored all options to trade picks/players for impact players NOW!

Good post. Im thinking they let Whiteside walk and sign a FA 4/5 then trade for a 2/3. Then draft ppa.
 
All right, you've convinced me. I'm willing to take my talents to Portland. I'm not signing for the minimum, mind.
