There is no defensive learning curve that will ever catch up to a guard who can hit jumpers off the dribble. Coming off a pick, crossover, stepback... a guy with quickness and a handle will always be able to get a decent look. Ya'll brought up Armon Johnson and how he excelled initially for a few games taking it to the rack going to his left... then the league's scouts pegged him. Lillard has pretty much the same great frame & athleticism plus is a dominant outside thread & (oh yeah) ambidextrous. As a score first PG, he's got a lot of scoring threat ability to make plays off of.
