Actually, I just got home from running some errands.
1. Went to our CPA to sign our returns. Now waiting for our fat checks;
2. Stopped by my wife's girlfriend's housw where she dropped something off and we picked up two items. All done without the front door opening;
3. My wife had a hankering for a McDonald's fish sandwich. While we were there I thought I'd have some fire hot fresh french fries on the way home. Haven't had those in so long that I can't remember the last time I had them.
Now I'm home and trying to find something to paint just so I can watch it dry.

What are you doing?

Almost forgot where we stopped at the bank to grab some cash. Lord knows we don't have enough. The money is barely falling out of our pockets. Damn, it's shitty to be poor.

All of the beaches and state parks I work at were finally closed to the public today. It was so nice doing shorebird research out in the wild with zero other humans around. The Snowy Plover nesting season is already well under way, but I I found the first early Wilson's Plover nest today. Great day out on the islands.

There will always be employment in your specialty. Those little shovels for cleaning bird crap work better without tripping over sand castles.

Got an Instant Pot from son & daughter in law for XMAS. Thats thing is incredible once you get used to it. I must admit, scared the bejesus out of me at first!

I may start getting back to making real coffee again. The keurig just isn't cutting it at home these days, its good when I'm in a rush, but now with all this free time, I can grind and take my time.

Thinking about a pour over setup. or at least an automatic one.

Was thinking about getting the phillips machine too. Don't really want to spend the money for a Jura.
