"And back then, here’s something that no one could’ve imagined: Aldridge’s season could end only 24 hours after Lillard’s, with the Spurs in Oklahoma City for Game 6 Thursday................."
I can't believe I will be pulling for OKC tonight.......but I will be.

I think a Warriors/OKC series would be way more interesting to watch than a Warriors/Spurs match up.

I really want to see Curry vs. Westbrook... you know you're going to see something amazing from both of them.

That's like the second of third article this year where Woj did not hold anything back when talking about Aldridge ... damn.

I wonder if Woj is secretly a Bulls fan; hated KP for swindling them out of LA on draft day, and then hated LA non-stop ever since.

I know others will disagree, but I'd rather have long term success than cheap thrills. I want San Antonio to win. Because if OKC goes to WCF or even NBA Finals, Durant is more likely to stay. I may be totally off base but I have a sneaking feeling he's on Paul Allen's Christmas gift list.

I'm thoroughly convinced Woj is a Neil Olshey plant.

I've thought about that. But here is something to consider.

We saw last year without Durant, that team doesn't make the playoffs, with Durant they are slightly above the Blazers.

Now put him on a Blazer team that is already close to reaching the same level OKC is at, that immediately puts them on the same level as the Warriors. Add a Horford to the mix, and suddenly you are immediate favorites.

Basically, take Durant off both OKC and the Blazers where do they rank? Now put him on both. Which team is better?

HUGE longs shots here, but something to think about.

Well, and to build on this, there's no chance in hell that San Antonio beats Golden State. The Thunder have exposed them as the pretenders that they are.

Nah, he's just Neil's mouthpiece.

Pretty sure he gets his Blazer news from Neil himself. Neil runs a tight ship and nothing leaks but when it leaks it always comes immediately from Woj.

I Completely agree. Next year Duncan and Ginobili will retire. After losing to the Warriors this year, they'll be that much farther away from a championship.
