Was thinking about how being in tight games, getting big, clutch shots, and winning tight games is so much better, IMO for Lillard's development than him being allowed to maybe score 25 a night but losing by 15 a night by having been tanking and lost Aldridge.
Instilling a winning mentality, and having him learn about close games is, again, in my opinion, better overall for our future than maybe the difference of 4 or 5 slots in the draft. I think we have a legit shot at him being a real star in the league, and as he goes and develops, so will our team. In that regards, him learning in games like last night is crucial to his development.
