its forrest gump for me- when bubba died i was fighting back tears, when his momma died i knew death was a part of life but when jenny died, i was speechless and crying like my own girl died.

I cried (not bawled, just choking back tears lol) when Tom Hanks got seperated from Wilson in Cast Away. You know a movie has achieved it's emotional mission when a ball has enough meaning to it to make your viewer shed tears. I loved that movie.

Other then that, I don't think any English movie has made me come close to crying. Emotional moments, sure, but none that could make me cry. Maybe I just need to watch better English movies.

I also thought the scene from Troy where Achilles drags Hector infront of his own family and friends was an amazingly powerful scene.

LOL I was watching <strike>Hitch</strike> [red]Click[/red] on Thursday and that almost made me cry.

EDIT: I meant Click. Why the hell I put Hitch is beyond my mind.

The main girl from Hitch (not Eva Mendes) is gorgeous.

When the little boy was shot and killed in Hardball (G-Baby was his name I think). That was back in grade 7.

Also...I think..I got a little teary eyed during John Q (antonyo reminded me)

And......The Lion King when Simba dad dies.

Def. when Mufasa dies.

When G Baby dies.

Ditto.

I still get a little sad whenever I see that.

The end of Casper lol. The "Remember Me This Way" song does it. I cry everytime i'll admit it. It's a mixture of sentimental reasoning behind the song and the fact that Casper gets to be a kid again for 1 night to dance with the girl he likes... man. That's a great movie.

Also, Rudy gets me teared up at a few parts.

Never really cried in any movie, but some movies that have made me tear up are The Green Mile, when the giant dies at the end. My Dog Skip (I was like 6 or 7) I rememeber crying throughout the movie because the kid kept getting bullied, and in the end the dog died. Of course Lion King, when the "king" fell off the cliff

When Anakin turns into Darth Vader....I was so shocked I cried......

I'm too Macho to cry...

Yeah, I remember getting a tear or two in my eyes when I watched that movie as a kid.

The Green Mile had an emotional moment too, iirc.

Oh heck yes ^^^ When his best friend dies.. that was a sad scene.

When I first saw Free Willy...when Willy jumped over those rocks and went "home". Although I don't think I'll cry if I see it again. I don't think I've cried in any other movie...I've gotten emotional, but no tears came out.

Last Samurai when the whole samurai clan gets taken out along with the leaders son before that.

I know I've teared up for some of these I can't remember which ones.

Bubba dies in Forest Gump
When Tom Hanks loses Wilson (I was thinking to myself this is ridiculous why am I sad)
When Aslan (the lion) from Chronicles of Narnia was killed. Although it was more of a happy sad.
Saving Private Ryan
I forget if One Hour Photo disturbed me or made me sad
Requiem for a dream, disturbing/sad.
All quiet on the Western Front

I find the song has to be right and everything has to come together well.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Last Samurai when the whole samurai clan gets taken out along with the leaders son before that.</div> That got me too.

Also, if anyone watched Requiem For A Dream that truly is a powerful movie.

I'll add some if i remember them..

Donnie Brasco is quite powerful as well.

Dumbo - When the Mom was rocking Dumbo, then the song "Baby Mine" started playing, tis' sad.

The Fox and the Hound - When the old lady dropped Tod off at the forrest. It was sad when Tod kept trying to follow her back

The notebook - When they died at the end.

Click- when Adam Sandler is old and dying near the end of the movie.

American History X- watching Danny get shot and then Derek holding Danny's dead body and crying. That one really got me.

And although this isn't a movie....the most I ever remember crying is the episode of Full House when their grandfather dies. I forget the grandfather's name though...I think it was something like grand pop pop....or something along those lines. That one always gets me.
