You aren't helping his case man. If you counted the foul as a shot made, and a shot attempted, that puts him at 3-9. Do you really want your power forward jacking up 9 threes?

I think he jacked up 10 actually but why the criticism? He had like 34 points 14 rebounds and beat the Knicks in MSG hitting all the big shots down the stretch to makes hs team 3-0. What's wrong with that? And like I said, he drew fouls with those threes, got the free throws you complained about and got the Knicks in foul trouble.

Someone addressed this earlier, but I thought it needed repeating.

Outside of Portland, Plumlee is averaging 6.5 ppg, 9 boards and shooting 46%. Not exactly great (even if you take into account his goose egg, that's why it's called average).

Dragic has a similar stat line too. Take out Portland and his #'s are far less impressive.

29-6-9 against Portland, shooting 57%. Outside of Portland? 7.5-3.5-2.5, shooting 35%

Yes, sample size matters.

Or... holy hell we matchup extremely poorly with those guys.

Yep sample size does matter. We held Gerald Green to 5 pts, in Minnesota he had 21 and 8 rebounds. I assume the fact Green was playing so well against the Wolves, limited Goran's minutes to only 20. Or did our awesome D shut Green down?

Long season.

Goran got injured.

Dude, he was 2-8... there's a reason why he's open. I know some people want Aldridge to start shooting threes and I hate it. It drove me nuts when Sheed would jack up threes all game. They play power forward. Get the fuck under the hoop.

Because the Knicks are awful defensively?

So last night I watched the Wolves beat the Thunder and Knicks......these guys are clicking on all cylinders right now! If Martin can drill 3s like he is, they are going to be tough to beat!

I am going to say it, even though I really don't like it. Kevin Love is a fucking Beast! I was wrong about him… I used to think that he padded his rebounding, but most of his rebounds are contested. He is actually scoring a ton in the paint as well. If he didn't have such a big injury problem, he would be the best PF in the game right now.

You get caught up on injuries with guys. You blame Nic for getting injured as if it's his choice. And injury problems or not, really hate to say it, but I think Love IS the best PF in the game.

I blame Nic for not resting in the off-season and working on his conditioning; which has been to the point each of the last 3 years. Hopefully this season it won't be a problem like it has been.

As for Love… If he plays an average of 287 games out of 5 years, that's only 57 games per year. I would much rather have a player that can last a full season, wouldn't you?

Yeah but that's with spending like 70 games out one year, skewing the rest of his games played. He's not that injury prone. I think him and LMA are neck and neck, but Love's stats are uncanny. The guy fills it up.

Last season, he played only 3 games. The season before 57. The season before, he still missed 15 games. Only his rookie year was when he played a full season.

STOP SHOOTING 3s LOVE

I have not looked at any season stats or anything, but I'm watching the Cavs vs Brooklyn right now from last week and 2 words can describe Dion Waiters game........FUCKING GARBAGE!!!!

I love it. I hate the Cavs. How do they get 3 #1 picks in a decade?

And he's the reason they didn't take Oladipo. Of course, at least he's playing. Unlike Bennett, the guy they took INSTEAD of Oladipo. Oh, I tell a lie - Bennett has played a total of 40 minutes in which time he has shot an amazing 0-12.

I'm glad I'm not a Cavs fan.
