Let's keep it somewhat clean, please.

I guess I will start it off...

Wow, after giving the defending champs a tough series in the playoffs, having the runner ups in both Executive and Coach of the year, the most improved player of the year, and a 2nd team All-NBA player I believed for the first time that we really had a legit shot at big time free agents like Al Horford, Hassan Whiteside, hell even Dwight Howard. I was wrong, it really hurts... The harsh reality that we can't sign a big name after what was my favorite season EVER as a fan has set it. It's not Neil Olshey's fault that Portland can't sell itself to Free Agents, it's no one on the team fault, it's not our fault. We just will never do it, which is okay... Just have to accept it and move on.

That's enough from me, it was good to get the frustration out and I really hope Evan Turner and whoever we sign or trade for help bring us a lot of wins and happiness.

Go Blazers!

Like @BlazerDuckSeahawkFan94 and probably most everyone on here, I am frustrated to say the least about the offseason so far. After our success in the face of adversity last season, and our broadcasting/TV change, it seemed like we were becoming a bigger market, and were going to be able to seduce big names like Whiteside, Horford, and Howard. We barely seduced Evan Turner, and that was after overpaying him.
My anger mostly stems ffrom the fact that no big name free agents wants to play for tip city. Portland is a special place, the Blazers a special organization. We are all angry because we can see that, and Horford, Howard, Whiteside, and those before then that can't. Their loss

Olshey should only go after free agents that are going to say yes instead of ones that say no. I don't like people who say no.

I don't like the Turner signing, but I'll be more disappointed if we don't resign Hark and Crabbe because of it.

We all know striking out on the big names was a strong possibility. Just having a hard time agreeing with the use of resources right now. Offseason isn't over yet though.

Though I don't think the Turner signing is a cancer or a bad one. I am very disappointed as 99% of people, I am sure. Maybe not @Tunchi, He was better prepared than anyone for this, I must assume. He deserves credit. Not for how he shoves his continual negativity down our throats, but for his accuracy. Just please don't post ten flippen comments a thread about , I told you so... blah.

I will say this. I am very disappointed, but I don't think its over and I don't believe in never. We must learn to market this very beautiful city better. Some how. Some way. Check my marketing thread out.

I am totally pissed that 2 whole days into free agency, Olshey has not resolved all of the Blazers shortcomings.

Livid, really.

Honest. Can't sleep.

This offseason hasn't been the worst case scenario.... but man.... it sure has been close.

I think striking out on all the big names has actually made retaining Harkless and Crabbe a lot more likely. I'm glad Gasol turned us down before the Nets even meet with Crabbe, because maybe now they'll think Portland will match for sure.

I'm still pissed about trading a draft pick for Afflalo

I'm withholding judgement until the off season is over, but it has been pretty disappointing so far. Hopefully the blazers make at least one trade before next season that brings in a solid big man. I'm worried that striking out this off season makes it more likely the blazers will have to trade CJ to balance out the roster.

I don't really care we'll likely take back salary in a trade during the season to upgrade our talent.

I already did my venting in another thread. I would not be mad at C.J. if he left to a more attractive location when he's a free agent. Or anyone else for that matter. I think the NBA is a joke. The Blazers may want to look into trading C.J for a player that has a Nike shoe deal!

Boogie.

CJ's restricted, he can't leave. LTGTP.

I'm so fucking pissed off.

Gasol picked 2/$30M over 2/$40M. He can go fuck himself. He'll never get a ring in SA as long as GS is dominate.

We NEED a Center. Period. It was OUR BIGGEST need this off-season, and Olshey signs some fucking bum SF/SG to a massive deal with almost all of our cap. Fuck you Neil.

I KNEW we should have signed that Center we cut for Roberts that GS picked up. Now we have to package a bench (that we can't really afford to let go) in the hopes of bringing someone in.

Fuck you, Neil. Just fuck you.

Look on the bright side. With Durant in Golden State, 29 teams making moves are ALL shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic.

Fuck GS. I'm not afraid of that team, and I guarantee you no Blazer loses sleep over them either. We beat the SHIT out of both Cleveland AND GS last season; GS TWICE.

Fuck them.

That center? Varajao? Seriously, you're pissed and thinking Varajao was the answer at center? Jeez.
