Holy Sh*t
Why do we need Kaminsky, when we have Colins and Leonard?I’d be fine with something like this or Kaminsky for MLE.
American people have a much different mentality than european people, in " my country" (Germany) the society can be extremely envious, especially when it comes to money. One question guys because it looks really weird to me maybe because I'm from Europe. It's off topic, but is something i see all the time during free agency.
Why every time there is a deal you see all these players saying "well done bro, secure the bag, "man got paid" etc. I never see it here. Is it like so common for people to grow up that poor? People also go overseas to work for way less money than Beverley got to go to Greece (where i m from) or Ukraine etc. I mean if he went to exile so where am I since I'm working in Malta? I wish I went to "exile" for 100-200k. Beverley was already a millionaire before today, he didn't need those 40M to live happily ever after. I get it be happy, but what's this show? You'll never see those things by famous athletes in this side of the world.
In America, you MUST take every dime you can get from the system. Because the system will rarely give you a dime back. Especially when you are part of those who don't have access to generational wealth (Blacks in general are in that boat). The way America is built, your family wealth is your safety net. And if you are the first/only one in the family to ever make 6 figure, you might be the safety net of your family, your childhood friends, your block/neighborhood, ...American people have a much different mentality than european people, in " my country" (Germany) the society can be extremely envious, especially when it comes to money.

If I were an Athlete, I would never leave money on the table.
For anyone who cares, I really think we need one more move.
Roster doesn't feel balanced.
Maybe the one Jaynes alluded to, for a center?
Haven't read the whole thread, so I apologize if this has been covered earlier:
If this D'Lo-->Warriors thing is being accomplished a double sign-and-trade with him and Durant switching teams, exactly what benefit are Brooklyn and KD getting out of this arrangement?
Interesting possibility. Thank you.Maybe they get more cap space, as Russel cap hold is less than Durant salary.
I agree many people think this, but its a stupid mindset.
Over 80% of US millionaires didn't inherit their wealth.
Work, buy a house you can afford, pay it off, invest in 401k/IRA, don't buy new cars. Anyone can become a millionaire, instead many people want to buy shit they cant afford and have someone else give them money.
However I certainly would never question any basketball player (nor anyone in general) for taking a job offer that is the largest offer. In fact if they passed, I would want to hear a good reason why.
Then maybe they should trade Porter to the Blazers!Idk what the Bulls are even doing rn. They sign Thad Young but have Porter Jr and Lauri at the 3/4. Seems like a weird player to come off your bench when you’re not a playoff team.
BTW; although I advocated for trying to trade for Butler earlier; sure glad we didn't. Reported that he always wanted to be in Miami!!?? It looks to me like he has to be the #1 option on a team. If Olshey knew this from his sources and made no attempt to trade for him, then kudos to Olshey.
I was wondering this too. The only thing I could think of is that they needed to send Napier and Graham out and make it a legit trade so they had the Full-MLE to sign Jordan.Haven't read the whole thread, so I apologize if this has been covered earlier:
