David Lee didn’t last past his rookie contract?

Not sure what the situation was there. His 5th year he had a 7M salary, and that jumped to over 10M after he was traded to GSW. Don't know if he had a 1 year deal and then went in a sign and trade, or what. Either way, he only played 1 more year in NY after his rookie deal.
