Good for Trey Young despite the loss. Hope the Hawks can get it together in a few years (same for the Kings).

Wanna bet??? Too many employees in too many professions remain employed because of past “glory”.......it’s easier than termination, new hiring and training.......
True. Shouldve said "most people". But hell, maybe youre right and it isnt even that.

Usually isnt the case for coaches though.

Lol L*akers loss, Lebron heads to the tunnel alone with time still on the clock.
Man, with each passing game he's more and more like Aldridge.
After this season any and all comparisons to Jordan should stop - no similarities whatsoever.

So those two series wins were down to his coaching? ...Not to Dame's last second shot or the major injuries the Clippers faced while we played them. His 12-28 playoff record is masking something I am completely missing?

Were you giving the Blazers excuses in the years where Roy, Batum, Oden and Przybilla were playing injured? It's hilarious how many excuses you guys give other teams and never for the Blazers. Hard to tell what teams some of you support.

I viewed a lot of the Blazer's yearly results as missed opportunities. It's like when we got Afflalo and Wes went down. We had a chance but it didn't materialize. Sometimes certain factors are out of our hands but the results are what Blazer fans have to accept. Yet I am not going to disagree when someone calls us out for past failures. A Rockets fans told me the other day that Isaiah Hartenstein will win the MVP before the Blazers win anything. And judging from our past 40 or so years, if you look at our record, he's absolutely right. But I am still going to hold us to the standard I think the year's team needs to accomplish.

Let’s Go Sixers, Bucks, Spurs and Suns.

Guess it depends on what you call "Anything". If Everything (ie: Championship) is the only "Anything" you are talking about? He might be right.

Well. I imagine he isn't talking about the English Snooker Masters Title. But when he said "anything" I think NBA Championahip was the jist of what he was implying.

But would making the WCF be "Winning Anything". In my book that is a pretty successful season. Even more so if you get there a couple times and play well. Would i like a Championship? Yes.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over it if we don't. This team plays hard and beats a team like OKC in the playoffs that's good enough for me. Anything to get rid of the memory of what happened last year against the Pelicans.

10 game losing streak needs to end.

As much as the lakers' failures bring me such joy so far, I totally expect a sudden winning streak from them starting on Monday. At the same time, it wouldn't surprise me if both the Kings AND Clippers continue and start their losing streaks respectively.

LeBron ain't making the playoffs in the west. I don't care what the NBA wants. Ain't happening.
