As much as the lakers' failures bring me such joy so far, I totally expect a sudden winning streak from them starting on Monday. At the same time, it wouldn't surprise me if both the Kings AND Clippers continue and start their losing streaks respectively.
The winning streak ain’t coming. If you can’t win a must win game against Phoenix, you’re cooked.

What about when you blow a huge lead in the 4th on the road to the lowly Mavs? Season over?
I know you're just messing with king even though he can't see your post and that loss could loom big in the standings when all is said and done but the fact that game was our only blown 4th quarter lead this season makes it a little easier to brush off. If it becomes a trend like in previous seasons then I'll be more concerned about it.

That was a bad loss for sure but Dallas looks to have some serious weapons to develop aNd could be really good in a few years with the right role player transitions. The rookie and portzingis are a hell of a young duo to build around.
Id take them over what Phoenix has in a heartbeat.

Unknown was good today.

Can we still catch the Nuggets for #2 seed? Only 3 games back?
How tougher is their schedule compared to ours?

I viewed a lot of the Blazer's yearly results as missed opportunities. It's like when we got Afflalo and Wes went down. We had a chance but it didn't materialize. Sometimes certain factors are out of our hands but the results are what Blazer fans have to accept. Yet I am not going to disagree when someone calls us out for past failures. A Rockets fans told me the other day that Isaiah Hartenstein will win the MVP before the Blazers win anything. And judging from our past 40 or so years, if you look at our record, he's absolutely right. But I am still going to hold us to the standard I think the year's team needs to accomplish.
look like they will exceed your expectation for them this year in win loses...

Personally, I no longer give a damn about playoff seeding until they can win a playoff series after what happened last.......you get the drill.

Because this is exactly the same team as last year. :rolleyes3:

what did you have them winning this year regular season?

The hell if I know. The only reason I even make a guess is because there is usually a contest of some kind. My NFL projections are even worse.

Yup, also the Mavs are way better than Phoenix...

Seeding may determine whether or not they win a playoff series. You want to play Utah in first round or Clippers?

God the Timberwolves are straight ass.
Guess it won't be this year they make the playoffs.
Just like it wasn't the year previous, or the year previous or the year previous or the year previous.
Yet people on this forum keep predicting Portland to fall out of the playoffs and Minn being a lock to get in.

Didn't they just make the playoffs last year?
