What’s with all this superiority shit? Learn the board? Really? Some of you guys really get off on this shit huh? Good thing us “rookies” got better shit to post than trying to piss on someone to prove how much more about the MESSAGE BOARD we know than someone else, lol.
Learn to sub, then post.

Wonder if the Nuggets ever heard the Carlos Boozer story?
Utah offered boozer way more, so he left. And Cleveland stil could have matched. Nobody can offer more than Denver, and they're said to be offering the max. Totally different.

Also:
1) Jokic is RESTRICTED. Denver can't loose him.
and
2) Boozer left Cleveland. Have you ever been to Cleveland? I can't say I blame him....

Article I read made it sound like Cleveland couldn't have matched without finding a trade partner for some other players.

Cleveland is only $4 million under the current cap and would have to trade and/or renounce the rights to a number of players to clear enough room to sign Boozer.

What there a hard cap then?

Boozer was restricted too. Cleveland chose to not (or couldn't) match.

In old CBA, could only match early bird free agent amount for 2nd rounders if over the cap. Gilbert Arenas was the most famous, and thus the "Gilbert Arenas Provision" where you can go over that now. So Cleveland would have had to do a lot of maneuvering to match.

Mavs are the one team to watch for Nurk. They have caproom and need a C. Good thing there are so many other Cs available.

Not learned in the art of rhetoric, I see. I'm expressing disbelief to emphasize my surprise.

I'm "learned in the art of rhetoric". I have a full grasp on the English language. No need to personally insult. I truly thought you were simply expressing disbelief.

See, you are a rookie. Had you been a forum vet you'd know the forum idiom "learn ______, then post" is always said in jest...

Dallas just needs to move on from Dirk at this point.

Why would they let him go? He’s literally playing there for next to nothing and guiding new players into the team. He can still contribute offensively off the bench.

Capela seems a great target for Mavs but I can’t see Houston not matching, even a max deal.

Cousins, well nobody knows what he will be able to offer post injury. It’s tricky. He’s unrestricted so New Orleans will have no say.

What does it says ? Can't access the link
Excruciating detail about the house, where it was built, when, the original listing price, the sale price, the names of the four realtors involved on both sides of the transaction, stuff like that. To me it seemed like a bunch of weird stuff to put in a newspaper. Like a pompous elite article about some rich guy's debutante daughter's coming out party. The realtor reference reminded me of naming the parents of the bride and groom. Oh, and also who Moe is, his draft selection, his trade, who he plays for, and his contract. Stuff we know. But no speculation about why he would purchase a $4 million dollar house in California. Hmmm......
