6/10, text is terrible, looks like some kind of kiddie text.
 
A bit to tall....make the pics small and maybe chose a better font. Also, lower the opacity on those lines in the BG.6/10

There are some cropping errors on the Shaq pic. I dont like the text at all. Try to blend the text with the bg. Maybe try using simpler fonts. The players don't blend in with the bg at all. Try the different blending options.
 
8.5/10...text could be better, maybe make the logo stand out more, everything else looks great though.
