Could you imagine going into an NBA season where there are only a “HANDFUL” of players actually under contract. Wonder if our FIRE will be crazy active trying to land a big name free agent right out of the gate. Bring Sabrina back to the west coast FAMS!
The last half decade we've only had about 3 guys per summer I even cared to keep on the roster.

Deni
Camara
Clingan
Scoot (maybe)

So we have 3-4 guys right now, which is much better than most of Cronin tenure.

The rest of our roster is all either overpaid or questionable if their worth their contract.

All home games will be at Moda this summer. Heard moving to MC when they start remodel.
Curious what they will do if they have more that 12,666 season tickets holders.

Awesome. It sounds like they got a roughly 20% of revenue split. So as the league does better so will the players.

But at least it's indexed to revenue. They can work on getting the percentage up on the next CBA.

Saw they have to get the permission of the player to be traded if they are pregnant.

I know this is kind of a touchy subject but I think that FLA part of the contract should apply to the NBA at times as well. At least something like a decent leave time for when a kid arrives. We all watched Dame struggle at times with this. Brand new baby at home and leaving for weeks at a time. Of course he had "Plenty Money" to deal with things but sometimes it's not about money.

I bet many recently retired from WNBA is pissed-off / jealous. Their supermax was lower than todays minimum. I'd be too if I just retired from a company then suddenly new hires are getting oaid more than my best years

Joe Montana was asked during this years Superbowl how he felt he would perform during the modern era.
His answer "Id be a lot richer"

Yeah, but that applies everywhere. My parents bought the house I grew up in for like $80,000 and sold after their divorce for over $800,000. Kinda how shit is FAMS! When you see some random bench scrub making 10X what Magic Johnson was making it does put shit in perspective though.

Shit @julius makes about what a leading surgeon made back in the day, now simply asking you if you want to, “supersize your order” through that little speaker. #BAM

Blazers played there.

Slam N Jam!

Blazers had a highest dunk contest, Drexler went almost 12 feet.

Today Was A Good Day GIF

I did NOT see you in the stands bro! All I remember was being so far away I couldn’t see shit!!!!

I also saw David Bowie perform at Providence Park, the Glass Spider tour.

That was a trippy and awesome concert.

Duran Duran opened.

Peter Frampton was Bowie's lead guitarist for that tour.
