I like Doug Collins as an analyst, but man.. the dude has a mad crush on Kobe and LeBron.

And Roy.

Edit... it was already brought out.

That was total BS. Carmello got bumped on the edge of the 3pt key way before he took his 3pt shot. Way total BS call by the refs.
Cuban is saying "Horseshit" as hes walking off the court. One of the worst calls I have ever seen.

funny part is.. if Melo misses the shot.. then Dallas doesnt say crap about intentionally trying to foul. Dirk doesnt miss a FT.. Jet doesnt miss one.. then they arent having this discussion... or at the very least playing in OT.

nba refs are crap. I hate it when the announcers are all over their nuts the whole game saying how great a job they do..bull crap..the lack of consistency is horrid.

How are you blaming this on the refs?

You're taught in grade school to keep playing through the whistle. Antoine Wright is the bonehead who gave Carmelo Anthony a wide open three.

if he played through the whistle, Melo would have gotten 3 free throws on some continuation. That was an OBVIOUS no-call and the mavs had a foul to give. They got royally fucked.

NEW YORK, May 9, 2009 – Joel Litvin, NBA President, League and Basketball Operations, issued the following statement regarding the final seconds of Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals between the Denver Nuggets and the Dallas Mavericks:

"At the end of the Dallas-Denver game this evening, the officials missed an intentional foul committed by Antoine Wright on Carmelo Anthony, just prior to Anthony's three-point basket."

It's ironic that Cuban and Allen are the richest owners in the NBA, and the Mavs and Blazers always seem to get fucked by the refs. The Mavs got screwed. by the refs in the finals against Miami as well.

Allen and Cuban need to unite and do something about this shit.

When did the blazers get screwed by the refs? game 1 when they lost by 27?

So much for Bynum being the missing piece for the Lakers, lmao. Yao Ming isn't even playing.

 Coming from a guy whose team is sitting at home right now.

saw this on LG.net: Kwame Bynum. :biglaugh:

its his knee, he's not fully recovered. i said that in the first round, he was limping towards the end of one of the games.

If his knee is not right, then why is he out there?

Doctors probably said it wouldn't get worse with play and the Lakers thought he would still provide an inside presence.

I wonder if Lakers fans are still calling me an idiot for picking the Cavs to win the championship and not the Lakers...smart bunch they were.

Big Baby with the last two shots for Boston, including the game winner at the buzzer. Series tied 2-2.

Nothing. But the Lakers fans were saying that the Cavs have NO chance of winning the title. And obviously the 7-0 Cavs look much more likely to win the championship than the Lakers right now.

I'll wait until the Cavs play someone better than the Jazz first, then I'll start admiring their wins.

LeBron will get it done. He's without a doubt the best player in the league right now.

I think the Rockets are a very admirable opponent, I didn't see LeBron do much in Houston this year either. I think the Western conference is just better.

If LeBron and company win the championship, is he still going to jump ship for New York or points unknown? Would he do that to Cleveland?
