I don't really understand what you mean. What I am saying is that, yes, James may be a jerk, but I don't think it's cowardly to choose to play with two other superstars. Is he a coward in other aspects of his life? Maybe. Was it cowardly to select Miami as his new team and will it forever tarnish his basketball legacy? Not in my opinion.
 
He’s a coward because he took the concept of the “path of least resistance” to a whole new level.

For that he's just permanently tarnished the legacy he so desperately trying to enhance by becoming a “champion ™.”

If he wins a championship or four, no one outside of Ohio will give a shit about him leaving Cleveland. No one will care about the ESPN special.

This is not Ty Cobb going into the stands to beat up a dude with no hands. This is business and, now that business is settled, it's up to him and the Heat to win.
