Some of the NBA games televised have hardly ant fans in the aren's, Atlanta, the Wiz.
If they game is piped into the living rooms the ratings would be extremely high.
Many of those games have low overall ratings though, and part of it is just those teams arent good.

But if there is a way for free televised games of your choice? It could help with ratings and creating some synergy?

Playing on the streets is much different than watching professionals though. I just don't believe sports will be anywhere close to the same or have the same highs and lows that make cheering for your favorite franchises the same without fans. Can you imagine a Blazer team in a game 6 or 7 of a playoff series at the Rose Garden (sorry moda), with no home-court advantage at all?

I'd Love to watch Dame sink a series winning buzzer beater against the Rockets or Thunder again. If there's no fans we can drink their tears on YouTube.

:dunno:
I'm not stopping anyone else from watching, and yeah I'd be happy if they won a championship. I just won't be watching until fans are back, even if it's like 25% that's better than an empty arena.
I don't believe you. You come here regularly but when there are games to talk about, you won't watch even out of curiosity?

Sorry but we currently have NO Russian players on the roster.

I don't understand why head coaches would be locked out of a season that's basically been put on hold for other reasons than free agency and the draft....

I assume to make the point clear that this isn't meant to be practice resumed as normal, but rather just an ability for basketball players to continue working on their game, stay in shape, etc.

Probably because they are older and as such more at risk.

That's crazy. Its like the Lincoln Assassination.

Bundesliga is opening in a week, and don't see anything about not allowing fans. My Cleveland Indians just announced they will start spring training in their home park in Cleveland starting June 1, irregardless of what MLB does.

Whelp! So much for that, Oregon Governor Kate Brown just said, "all public sporting events, festivals and concerts are canceled until there is a vaccine" :beatinto:
