So if it involves a woman's body you're good with it. If it involves clean water your not.
Cool!
I kind of consider myself a Libertarian. Which means for me personally in many ways my 'votes' are more about how I feel the government should interact with people and businesses rather than my personal morals.
Abortion is something that especially mid-late terms I don't really like on 'moral' grounds. That said I think it's an individual's choice, not the government's choice, or my choice.
I feel like what I personally, or heck what you or someone else here thinks is morally right or wrong shouldn't be forced on to people.
The issue comes with, where is that, "line", where the government can or should intercede. For most libertarians, it's when, "harm is coming to someone else", when your freedom is impending upon someone else' freedom's. I think in that regard someone could (I am not saying I am making that case), but could say if they believed the fetus has it's own, "personal" rights that aborting it is taking away it's 'freedom'...
Again that is not my personal stance, my personal stance is that the government shouldn't have the right to dictate that decision, it should a.) Do everything in its power to keep rape's, violent pregnancies, and such to a minimum, b.) have proper education on the matters, c.) support contraception (I don't know if the government needs to make that free, but it needs to make it available, this is a different discussion).
