Shouldnt be in bed with China or Russia they are both enemies of the US have never pretended to be anything else. It was wrong for American Businesses to exploit china’s cheap labor and large market, for US companies (and politicians too), to be dependent on China is a bad thing. Its also a bad thing for the US its businesses and its politicians to be in bed with Putin and Russia. Relationships are different sure, but both pose an issue. The study was just simply talking about differences in what how Republicans and Democrats (likely voters) felt about those two countries.

I think healthy diplomatic relationships with the world is a good thing....China never thought of us as the enemy.by nature they know they need our markets....they're not N Korea or Iran that way...we were trade partners...fought in WW2 together....international business has no roots in nationalism or loyalty...those companies have banks all over the world and hold currencies from each place..Trump does...Bank of Cypress..Kaymans.....John Kerry keeps his money offshore in Belgium and the Caymans....this is not new....and has little to do with nationalism and everything to do with international trade..if you believe in economic isolationism it doesn't exist here

I'm glad you're panning Trump's involvement with Putin. I know you're more conservative than liberal, so it means a lot that you'd come out so forcefully against Trump and his admiration of Putin (and Xi Jinping and Kim Jong Un).

Personally. I believe US corporations, lawmakers and such have sold themselves to China. China has no intentions of being our friend or ally, theyve had a 100 year marathon for 70 years running. They’ll gleefully let the US and its businesses exploit their child labor, turn a blind eye to their genocides, to hong kong, while they rake in trillions to expand. Its shameful what many of our brands do and the regime they’re in bed with...
The ties Trump has with Russia who is also not our ally or friend is troubling as well. Its shameful what republicans and Trump are in bed with.
It's not mutually exclusive both are a case of the political and financial elites selling the US out for their own gain.

Shoot, as much as you and I have gone back and forth, I was really I hoping I could lend a hand. At any rate, yeah, Sanford is a fantastic guy. His sense of humor is almost legendary. He told us the other day he hasn't been able to do much down there the past few days. Perhaps, he's running one of his muscle cars through downtown Orlando.

I was reading in that tweet where someone said Pence lied about a COVID vaccine becoming available by the end of the year. Now, that still may not happen, but it's a stretch to say he'd lied about it:
