The nets have played now 21 games and even though they are above .500 at 11-10 they are getting less and less production from the rookies. Brook Lopez, Ryan Anderson, have played the same amount of games as they did last year, in half the amount of time. I purposely didn't mention CDR because he hasn't played much due to injury. Yi is in his second year and is just getting exposed for his major weakness which is defense. I'm not sure the rookie wall will apply to him.
So have Lopez and Anderson hit the rookie wall already? Or are they just going thru their first slump? Have teams seen enough tape on Lopez to change defenses on him. Is this part of the learning curve for the rookies?
Or is this just a few bad games for the rookies?
We need to keep track of the rookie wall since this team has so many young players on it. This is what happens when your a very young team.
