The roster is set. Not trades on the horizon. Season starts tomorrow.

How many wins for the regular season?

I'm going with a 40 wins. I think this team will surprise.

I'm hoping for a rebuilding year that nets us a good draft pick and a legit third scorer. I love what Dame brings to the team, but I'd still like to see us get a shooting guard that can light it up.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark, but considering our bench, how about 32.

41-45.

If the starting lineup holds up, that is.

Injuries would drop that a lot.

34-43 Too many unknowns. I am comfortable with the first five so it comes down to bench play. Hoping for a surprise from Victor, Meyers and Will.

Seriously, there are so many unknowns (in our team and among other teams), we are anywhere from a 25 to 50 win team. To split the difference, and take the over, I'd pick 38 wins. To some this is optimistic, and others it might be a bit pessimistic.

With that bench? 32 on the high side and if they take awhile to get any kind of cohesiveness and chemistry in the starting lineup. They might even be bad enough to end up with about 25 wins.

My gut feeling is that they'll win 30 games.

Lillard looks good and I hope he is going to surprise people around the league. But he is a rookie and when his game is off, gets dinged up or hits that rookie wall, this team will be left without a true NBA PG.

How many "how many" threads do we need? I said it before and I'll say it again. 41 if no major injuries.

36 wins. We might battle for a playoff spot early on, but there are too many loaded Western teams.

I thought we already did this..... 30!

Yes, KS and HCP, we have done this before. I don't do it until the season is about to start. There are reasons for that.

The cuts have been made. We would if there were trades, or trades looming. We know about any of the players that are hurt.

If it really bugs you to the point you need to complain about it, feel free to not reply.

39 if reasonably healthy, an injury to a key player like LMA or Lillard and watch out below

42 8th seed destroyed by the lakers.
