Thanks for a great season Blazers. But I must suicide my username with this horrible showing in the playoffs.

Great series, Houston. Congrats and Beat LA.

Back in a few days with a new username.

To Next Season. Hopefully this is the last time we do this.

Hope LA goes to the finals and loses to the Cavs.

I'm rooting for the Lakers against Houston. Fuck them.

me too because we all know the lakers will lose in the finals...kobe chokes when he has to carry a team...was it game 5 when lakers had a 20 point lead and lost by like 20?

This year's almost too easy. Facing cavs in the finals? Man, if you thought the Blazers got owned in the playoffs, wait till you see lakers-cavs!

Don't you have some anime to watch?

Am I the only one who says fuck the NBA once my Blazers are out of it?
Yea, I watched Boston/LA last year, but only to root against LA, if it is Den/LA or CLe/LA...I dont know who I want to lose more..so fuck it

I'll still be watching the playoffs, but my life won't be revolving around the NBA for awhile like it has been the past few months. I don't really want any of the remaining teams to win.. well, maybe Chicago but they got no chance.

LA vs. Houston should be a good series. Of course if the refs call these games anything like how they did in games 3 and 4, then LA is in serious trouble :)

What pains me more than anything is the fact that none of the remaining teams would give LA the kinds of problems we potentially could have. Now, not only do we get kicked out, but we have to watch LA roll through their opponents. ugh. I need a break from basketball.

Fuck the lakers and houston. I'm rooting for their team planes to collide in mid air

I mean, seriously dude... I wouldn't even say that about Jazz and they kicked our ass 2 years in playoffs.

Anyways, why the fuck Rockets comments? Yea they beat Blazers but who wouldn't want to see another team upset Lakers? And if Rockets do beat Lakers - Blazers can say we lost to a WC finalist, a little improvement and we can be there next year. Just a positive way to look at it. Anyways, go ROCKETS!

Sorry, I wrote that under the assumption that one of the trolls was a rocket fan, and I've since learned that he's not.

The Rockets will survive the plane crash.

i'd still root for the rockets over la (as any good blazer fan should). but i just don't really care enough about the rest of the nba. i may catch the tail end of a game here or there but won't set my schedule to watch any game.

in the western conference, the blazers had the best shot at taking out the lakers. the rockets have a shot but that all depends on ron artest.

but the lakers definitely aren't rolling through the cavs. this is lebron's year.

Yeah the Cavs really showed LA this year.

if the lakers make it to the finals to play the cavs, we can have any kind of sig or avatar bet you want. the cavs will be winning.

Sure, but either way it doesn't make sense. The Cavs aren't the champs and they haven't played well against LA; the onus is on them. I don't think the Cavs could win a game in Houston either, they're pretty bad on the road (edit- against good teams).

the cavs have the 2nd best road record in the league, just two games behind the lakers.

and what doesn't make sense is the idea that you have to be the champs already to win a championship. if so, let's just hand the title to the celtics right now.

And they have one or two quality road wins all season (Blazers/Nuggets?), against every other contender they got outplayed.

if you say so. they won road games against san antonio, portland, utah, dallas, and denver along with atlanta and miami. depends on what you consider quality.

You're definitely reaching with some of these.

Wow SA this year that got beat in five by the Mavericks and were hardly healthy? It isn't 2007.

Blazers are a solid, young team, I forgot about them. They took Cleveland to OT in the Cav's house, I'll give them credit for that. They're better than the Nuggets probably.

Atlanta/Miami are a joke to mention. They're not even in the playoffs in the West.
