Knicks didn't want you. You couldn't get to Houston.
You picked the Thunder, to play next to the most ball dominate players of all time.
Now the Thunder don't want you, and Westbrook isn't lobbying to keep you.

If only you would've went to Portland. You could've had a better year.
You wouldn't have been asked to do anything but score the ball, and be an option for Lillard.

Your about as wanted as Boogie now though.
 
If we could trade for Melo with only giving up bad contracts I wouldn’t hate it...
Also Dame seems to like Melo so maybe that makes him a bit happier? I dunno. At this point I don’t think very highly of Melo but at least he would be off the books next year I guess.

Yeah, I'm not saying that'd be my plan "a", or anything. Just I guess I wouldn't hate it? Last year I did want them to trade for Melo or PG13 (not both), but I'm glad they didn't get Melo this year, I mean I guess if you can get rid of ET and or Meyers' contracts and then he's off the books I guess that seems ok.

You're being cut because it saves the Thunder over $100 MILLION DOLLARS. Getting rid of you AND saving all that money is a pretty sweet deal for them. There is no way they'd screw that up by taking on contracts.

It's not official yet...but if you could cut someone and save $100 million why would you entertain trading that person? It's not like they are going to accept Luol Deng or Ryan Anderson back for him.

Besides, Melo STILL has a no trade clause. He can get all his money AND sign with whatever team he wants for the minimum. The only possible advantage from Melo's perspective would be that his new team would hold his Bird Rights if he was traded but then we come back to why would the Thunder take on salary when they'd be ruining their $100 million savings.

No I don’t think OKC does it, was just throwing it out there that if it happened I wouldn’t hate it.
I’d like to save 100m too!

OKC reduces payroll by what, 18M by waiving and stretching me. But can reduce payroll by 16M by trading me for Harkless/Leonard/Swanigan and sending Abrines/Patterson into your trade exception. Where there's a will, there's a way.

This is the only chance you hippies have at getting a legit superstar like me to come to your little Stumptown. You should jump at the opportunity.
 
He'll go to Houston I bet. And since Harden/Paul are MUCH better guards, I think he'll actually do well there.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, you just admitted that the best trade for your services is Harkless, Leonard, and Swanigan AND taking on more crappy salary.
