He misinterpreted that to mean the Lakers when in fact Melo would be joining the Blazers. I know this because the Blackbird pizza guy who is friends with the Pietros guy went with him to the psychic. He was listening in from outside the door and the phsychic told him to come in and that he had better ears. He told this to a close confidant of his at Life of Pie Pizza, who spoke to the guy at Bandini's, who happened to run into the guy from Atlas, who then saw the Bridge City guy at a red light who bumped into the dude from Rovente's at the super market.
