The Extreme Court has clearly already decided a case they are hearing involving a homophobe who is distraught over services she was not asked to provide that her business does not offer.
A web designer who does pages for dogs and stuff but NOT life events is thinking maybe in future she might want to do web design for events and maybe a hypothetical gay couple would want a web page for their not yet existing wedding. And she is a Christian so of course she hates gays. It would violate her free speech by "forcing speech" since a web page would imply an endorsement of, oh the horror, equality.
The Extremist have made it clear their minds were made up before the case was argued that anyone can deny goods/services to gays if Jesus.
I am wondering if that also applies to denying service to Black people, mixed race couples, Jews, immigrants, Muslims? The Extreme Court has made it clear they want to erase not just the 21st century but the second half of the 20th as well. Will they take the opportunity to overturn the Civil Rights Act?
