Oh crazy. We agree on something. I was about as big of Bernie fan as there is. I’ve shamed the Democratic Party several times on this board.

I think an Obama/AOC ticket or a Obama/Walz ticket would get me to vote for them. Of course, if Obama is running that means I’ve fled the country lol

I’m not saying the country isn’t ready for a woman president. The country said so by voting for an absolutely pathetic candidate over a woman twice.

The country didn't vote for women because those women clinged desperately to the establishment.

The other guy didn't.

I don't see Obama going against the constitution to run for another term. Also Michelle doesn't want to go back to the Whitehouse.

Walz needs to stay governor of Minnesota if he can. Walz was a good representative of the blue collar worker but a terrible foil for JD Vance in the VP field. Dems needed someone more educated like Josh Shapiro who could have went toe to toe. Kamala didn't pick Shapiro because they would have lost the Palestine vote...which they seemingly did anyway somehow.

JD Vance showed himself as a d bag, but was also very articulate, something Walz couldn't match. Walz was passionate and honest but could only mostly manage pointing, making faces, and saying look at this guy, he's lying. I think Shapiro would have wiped the floor with Vance in that debate. Would it have made a difference in the election, I don't know. Kamala was too quiet a VP, and too unpopular a candidate. A lot of people likely didn't want to vote for a woman.

Mainstream media successfully scared voters into not voting for him because they kept making up the fact that he wouldn't win against Trump.

Which couldn't be further from the truth.

I just wish Bernie had the cut-throat mentality Trump did. That's what it would take to upset the establishment. He's too friendly.

I like a Shapiro/ Amy Klobucher ticket. Or other way around. She would make a super first women's president. And if Josh were to win 2 teams Amy would run after.
