If they are able to install a new Supreme Court majority that respects the Constitution and rule of law;
If a solid majority of the population agrees on the need to rebuild institutions and restore the world's trust in the US;

Trump fired the entire DC Fine Arts Commission. They are supposed to review all modifications to White House. They were not consulted when Trump bulldozed White House to make room for vanity ballroom. He plans to appoint a new commission that will further his aims
